Shipping and Returns
Please provide a street address where you, or an authorised person, will be available to receive your parcel during normal business hours. Goods cannot be delivered to a post office box.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All domestic orders placed with FernoOutlet.com.au will incur an AU$35 (ex-GST) shipping and handling fee regardless of whether goods are collected from Ferno's Brendale warehouse or shipped. All international orders placed are sold on a freight ex-works basis.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
FernoOutlet.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Please note that all products offered via FernoOutlet.com.au are either ex-demo or clearance or runout stock. Please choose carefully before purchasing as refunds will not be made if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the product. However, if the product is damaged and/or does not function as described we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement or refund.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving goods or invoice with a valid reason for return.
Ferno Australia Pty Ltd will accept stock returns however reserve the right to charge restocking fees and other freight charges. In ALL instances of stock to be returned, or for claims of damaged or incorrectly invoiced goods, the customer must:
- Contact Ferno Australia Pty Ltd Customer Service within 7 days of receiving goods or invoice,
- Must receive a Credit Returns Authorisation (CRA) number from Ferno Australia Pty Ltd Customer Service. It will be confirmed with the customer at the receipt of the CRA, as to whether further charges will be applied.
Please be aware that NO claims will be processed without a CRA number.
